We’re getting married at Jack’s parents' home in Rouillac, France. We’re very thankful to them for hosting all of us and making this day really special.

We recommend staying in the nearby city of Angoulême for the weekend. We’ll be hosting a Friday night event there and will arrange transportation to the ceremony/party from there the following day. ​

As much as we love your little ones, we ask that this event be adults only. We appreciate your understanding. ​​

*There will be a bus to pick everyone up at Hotel Saint Gelais at 4pm. If you don't plan on taking it, please let us know and plan to arrive at the venue at 4:30pm.

Travel & Accommodation
Traveling from the United States

We are honored that you're coming all this way! We recommend you fly into Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, where you can catch a two hour train to Angoulême. Alternatively, you can choose to rent a car and drive.

Train tickets are available two months in advance. We recommend buying them before you arrive to ensure there is space and that prices don't get too high. There is also a handy Trainline mobile app.​

Accommodation​
​
If you're staying in Angoulême, please know it's a small city and taxis will be limited (Uber may not operate there). If you're coming without a car, we recommend you book a hotel or Airbnb near the center of Angoulême so you can get around easily.

Traveling from London or Europe
​
​We recommend you fly into Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport or Limoges airport, where you can catch trains to Angoulême or rent a car and drive.

You can also take the Eurostar to Paris and take the train to Angoulême.

If you'll be traveling by car, there is parking within the city but please check if your accommodation provides it as well.​​​​
If you want to stay outside of Angoulême in a more rural location or in a neighboring city, there are lots of great options available. Please remember though there will be a Friday night and Sunday morning event in Angoulême and we'll be providing transportation to the wedding ceremony from there as well.
